Really great advice, I found myself nodding to many of the points you made.

I am at university, doing a teaching course, and I'm retaking my first year due to some failures and am struggling again this year. I keep panicking about things but as you suggested, I remembered why I wanted to get into this, then broke everything down into steps. It's really helping me, rather than looking too far ahead I am thinking of the next task at hand, then moving on to the next piece of work when that is done with!

Thank you for the great article

Great tapping-tips. Thanks for sharing. I will recommend it.

I find that the difficult part with enthusiasm/creativity (as with most endeavors) is getting started. First, a few uphill steps. Then, if you keep going a bit, you can find yourself running downhill.
