After the coaching session, I then asked my friend what coaching is. Suddenly all the murk seemed to have cleared and she &#039;got it&#039;. But even at modest dinner part of six, that still means five hours of coaching just to answer the question: &quot;So, what are you up to now?&quot;!!</description>
