this is very nice matarial i have everseen on coaching and it will be very helpful for me as i am a trainer to the sales team it will be more beneficial for my spos.

Thanks for the feedback. I’m afraid I don’t have a Word version, but you can read PDFs using this free software from Adobe: http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/

Does TOU stand for ‘terms of use’? These are covered by the Creative Commons licence: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/2.0/uk/
