I am there 100%. Thought the same thing, what a waste of time (this was a year ago). Then recently created a web site (http://krumlr.com) that I thought I would promote socially using Twitter and got hooked.One point, no one mentions enough, Twitter’s value comes from the people who use it. As it grows and becomes more diverse, so does it’s value.

Thanks Mark – a great summary that highlights the human nature of Twitter as a communication channel, rather than just the technological aspect. I’m still not sure about it helping my time management though.

In Australia, Twitter won’t send us text message updates though so I only use it at my PC or in a wi-fi area on my phone.
