		<description>I think the biggest issue in motivation is just making people feel appreciated! Sadly this can&#039;t be forced, fake appreciation would just backfire!

		<description>I think the motivation really needs to come from the student. Of course the teacher should do everything s/he can to inspire the students and present the subjects in an interesting way - but that won&#039;t count for much unless the student is keen to learn.</description>
