		<description>I once had an experience of interviewing a guy for a programming position. At the time we needed someone to upgrade of a piece of software. 

After the interview he took the software home with him and the next day sent us a completely rewritten application which was significantly better than the original.  

This said more to us than any CV could and we hired him immediately.</description>
