A lot of interesting points: The concept of "no one will know if I have a quiert ciggy at the end of a hard day" kind of sums up the distorted headmind view, the third person detachment, there is no one you have to hide from, only yourself.

Thanks Karl, yes going with emotions instead of against them is often the key to success - and happiness! I'm sure you'd find John Eaton's blog and e-book of interest in that respect.

Love the idea of your blog - looking forward to reading more...

Forcing myself to get my work done never resonated with me. It wasn't until I began using my emotions to help direct my choices that I became excited by the possibilities that are in my life.

The old saying goes "You get more bees with honey than vinegar." I'm finally wising up and using advice like this blog gives and making my creative endeavors fun and fruitful.
