Get past stage fright - get on with the show!
If
you're reading this page I don't need to tell you about the frustration
of stage fright.
Stage nerves are a normal part of any public performance. All actors
and performers have their own ways of dealing with them. But sometimes
stage nerves can turn into stage fright, so that you have the talent
and the desire to perform, but anxiety holds you back.
This is when it can be helpful to consult someone
with experience
of helping other professionals who have been through the same
experience.
Over the past 10 years I have coached many actors, musicians and other performers past stage fright and back to enjoying their talent.
As a UKCP Registered Hypno-Psychotherapist I am experienced at helping clients deal with anxiety. Because of my passion for creativity I have developed Wishful Thinking as a specialist coaching service for creative artists. I also know the creative process from the inside, through writing poetry and reading it in public, and as on of the editors of Magma poetry magazine.
I will help you find practical ways to reconnect with your talent and get back to enjoying your performance. You can then apply these skills whenever you need them.

Coaching sessions last 1 hour at my office in Greenwich, south east London. (5 minutes' walk from the mainline and Docklands Light Railway station.)
Fees are £75 per session. Individuals vary, but most clients require 1-4 sessions.
